워크샵에서는 2022년 한 해동안의 직원들의 노고를 치하하고, 다가오는 2023년 각 팀의 계획을 공유했습니다.

이번 워크샵에서도 회사의 성장과 발전에 대한 의견을 모으는 브레인스토밍 시간을 가졌습니다.
직원들의 요구와 포부를 알아볼 수 있는 유쾌한 시간이 되었습니다.
더불어 다우의 발전을 위한 직원들의 진솔한 생각을 엿볼 수 있었습니다.
From 16 to 17 of December 2022, a second half workshop for Dow Biomedica was held in Byeonsan, Jeollabuk-do.
The workshop aimed to encourage staff’s hardworking during the one year and to share plans for each team for the upcoming year, 2023.
Year 2023, the year to re-define Dow’s knowledge asset
"Turning our experiences into seeds of our success in the future!"
To make it, we will do our best for our growth, stronger than year 2022.
The workshop included for brainstorming to gather ideas for growth and development of the company.
It was also the time to learn staff’s demands as well as ambitions.
Furthermore, it was able to see staff’s sincere opinions for Dow’s development.
