It's challenging to manage alone, so the collaboration is essential and advantageous Collective Intelligence refers to the phenomenon where a group of diverse individuals shares ideas and collaborates, achieving intellectual outcomes that are difficult to reach individually. An innovative culture should respect diversity, encourage open communication, new ideas, and experimental approaches, and be tolerant of failures.

Dow respects and encourages creativity. Creativity is not about producing something entirely new but about editing, connecting, and integrating existing knowledge and experiences to solve problems. We already have knowledge and experience within us for the bigger creativity. The new idea is cultured within the environment, encouraging and drawing it out. We solve problems and discover new opportunities through the group discussion, suggesting ideas and discovering innovative solutions.

ART Theory Do it Art

"Work like an artist" is Dow's motto. Dow can be compared to a pottery workshop, not a mass-production pottery factory. Our goal is to create documents, brochures, PPT materials, and promotional advertisements that are appropriate, unique, and beautiful like artworks. The idea is to work with the creativity, passion, and meticulousness of an artist, recognizing that our work is not just a task but a process that produces results with artistic value. The Art represents the highest level of the human spirit. When we have such a perspective, we can also enhance our work performance.
