"2023년은 '다우의 대항해시대'이며 이 시기에 길이 없고 넓어서 좋긴 한 데 너무 넓기에
우리는 목적지를 확실하게 정해야하고 배를 크게 개축해야하며 안전운항을 위해 시스템을 바꿔야 합니다.
다우는 올해 19살이 되는 성년입니다.
성년에게는 자신의 삶을 스스로 결정할 수 있는 자유가 주어져서 이제 학생복을 벗어던지고 내 삶의 방향과 꿈을 정하게 됩니다."
다우 인재상에 새로운 개념이 추가되기도 했습니다.
다우는 유명대학, 고학력, 지식, 기술 등을 갖춘 사람보다는 비록 작고 평범하지만 성과를 내는 ‘역량 있는 사람’을 원합니다.
2023년에도 미충족 니즈를 충족시키고 시장을 개척하는 역량있는 다우인이 되기 위해 전직원이 모여 의지를 다짐했습니다.

"The year 2023 is the ‘Era of Discovery’, and thus we need to change the system for the safe navigating by setting our destination clearly and firmly as well as improving and renovating our ship.
This is because in these days there is no specific way and there are many options available."
From this year, Dow is 19-year-old, a grown-up. For adults, they can now have freedom to make decisions about their lives on their own while getting out of the school uniform-wearing status.
Accordingly, they can set the direction and have dreams about their lives.”
Furthermore, a new concept is added to the Values of Dow.
Dow looks for competent, who can make progress and outcomes, despite of being small and ordinary, rather than people with prestigious school diploma, higher education levels, knowledge or technology.
In 2023, all Dow staff enhanced the will to become competent people of Dow who will meet the unmet needs and thus pioneer the market.
